The Canadian Celiac Association (CCA) created the Gluten-Free Certification Program in an effort to provide consumers with greater availability and choice in gluten-free foods that comply with Canada\u2019s Food and Drug Regulations for these products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The certification program was developed to give consumers confidence that a product bearing the Gluten Free Certification mark is safe to consume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orion is pleased to announce that we are now able to certify to this standard.
